This position will be responsible for the Salesforce.com knowledge dissemination across the CRM team, to speed up the OCE learning curve that runs over Salesforce.com. Will also be responsible to train the team, demo the system to the client, capture requirements, define best practices, implement basic and custom configurations and/or customizations on the system and lead activities related to OCE on projects or daily activities (as ongoing change requests in the system). Assure high quality deliveries on projects and daily activities, act as a customer’s consultant driving the customer on the best implementation approach, design and implement best – long term – sustainable – scalable solutions + internal/external data sources + customer’s proprietary and/or third party solutions. Must be a hands-on resource, high focus on quality, time, costs and results, Operational Excellence. Customer facing abilities to handle technical product presentations when needed.
